Job and Appointment Text Notifications. Effective September 21, 2026.

The program

Program name: Job and Appointment Text Notifications. It is operated by Dan Closser, an independent consultant, on behalf of Chief Guttering LLC and Brown Roofing LLC.

What messages you get

Operational messages only. Every message starts with the name of the company it is about.

• Customers: confirmation of an appointment you requested, a notice that your estimate is ready, a notice that your project is scheduled, and a notice that your project is complete.
• Office staff, sales staff, crews and contractor salesmen: one-time account setup links, job assignments, schedule notices and work order links.

No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

How you sign up

You give your mobile number to Chief Guttering LLC or Brown Roofing LLC when you request an appointment, sign an agreement for work, or are set up as someone who works with that company, and you agree at that time to receive text messages about your appointment, project or jobs. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your appointments, projects and jobs. Most people receive a few messages per project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. The program itself is free. Your mobile carrier may charge you for text messages and data under your plan.

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and then no more. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and consent are never sold or shared for marketing.

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
