Job and Appointment Text Notifications. Effective September 21, 2026.

This policy covers the text notification program operated by Dan Closser on behalf of Chief Guttering LLC and Brown Roofing LLC.

What is collected

• Your name and mobile number.
• Your email address, if you give it.
• Details of your appointment, project or job, such as the property address, the work involved and scheduled dates.
• A record that you agreed to receive text messages, and any STOP, START or HELP reply.

You give this information directly to Chief Guttering LLC or Brown Roofing LLC. It is not bought or collected from third parties.

How it is used

• To send the operational text messages described in the Terms and Conditions.
• To schedule and carry out the work you asked for, or the work assigned to you.
• To keep a record of consent and opt-outs.

It is not used for marketing or advertising.

Sharing

Mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information is shared only with the company you are dealing with (Chief Guttering LLC and Brown Roofing LLC) and with the service providers needed to deliver the messages and run the apps, such as the text messaging carrier platform and hosting providers. They may use it only to provide that service.

How long it is kept

As long as needed for your appointment, project or working relationship and the business records that follow from it. Opt-out records are kept so that you are not texted again.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. You may also ask to see, correct or delete your information using the contact details below.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
